Whether we are leading the move or advising or simply participating, M Moser can offer a client a lot of insight into what pitfalls to avoid and what makes a move successful. Some clients may already have internal expertise and people and may not need our help. However, if we sense the client could use some help thinking it through then we should not hesitate to provide that guidance. IPD Map

0.5.2.3 - What strategies can make a relocation successful?
|
Usually some sort of permit to work from the landlord and most likely from a government statutory body will need to be given for M Moser to start construction. The approval processes varies for most locations. Ordinarily we set up protections to those areas needing it, establish a site access point, and get insurances in place. Then site safety measures are fully implemented. IPD Map

0.4.5.2 - How is early data centre handover managed?

A weekly progress report of site work must be circulated. A communication plan should be developed. A Schedule of weekly meeting needs should to be organised and a group email or other communication platform is set up so that all correspondence are communicated across to everyone in the team. In most cities a life safety check, often performed in accordance with a fire and safety code, must be complied with and to do this will need submission by a person qualified to do so. After compliance to fire safety / life safety, an application to Building management for approval for permit-to-work is needed prior to commencement of work is normally needed. Landlord involvement varies greatly from city to city worldwide. IPD Map
